Personal data (including your name, phone number, company information and email address) provided by you (“My Personal Data”) will be used for the purpose of processing and administering your enrollment of participating in the event organised by Hong Kong Productivity Council (“HKPC”) and subsequent following up with you.

[Consultation Service Arrangement]
For the sake of providing effective services for SMEs and Startup, each enterprise is unable to make another appointment within 30 days after registration. Participants of the advisory services must be the employee(s)/owner(s) of the applicant organization(third party representatives will not be allowed), with the limitation of 3 persons only. HKPC reserves the right of the service arrangement and final decision.

If enterprises intend to use the “Form-filling Advisory Service”, please email the completed application form (before submission to the Funding Secretariat) to sme_reachout@hkpc.org. SME ReachOut team will contact you within 3 working days to schedule a meeting. [Remarks: The service scope of this service include: (1) Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (BUD Fund), (2) SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF), (3) Enterprise Support Scheme (ESS) and (4) New Industrialisation Funding Scheme (NIFS).]
Participants of the advisory services must include the project coordinator of the application (third party representatives will not be allowed), with the limitation of 3 persons only. HKPC reserves the right of the service arrangement and final decision.
[Personal Data Handling]
Personal Data will be treated in strict confidence. Unless otherwise agreed by you, HKPC will NOT transfer Personal Data to any third parties.
[Adverse Weather Notice]
1 on 1 Consultation bookings in the morning (09:00-13:00) or afternoon (14:00-17:00) will be cancelled if:
(1) Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above OR Black Rainstorm Warning remains hoisted after 6:00 a.m.and 11:00 a.m. respectively; OR
(2) Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above OR Black Rainstorm Warning is announced by the Hong Kong Observatory to be hoisted at/after 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. respectively.
